Bignè with smoked salmon

  • For the bigne’ follow this link.
  • 300 gr. of Smoked salmon.
  • 150 gr. of soft cheese (Philadelphia cheese is perfect)
  • 20 gr. of Chive.
  • Pepper.


  • Mix the cheese and the chopped chive together.
  • Season with pepper.
  • Cut in half the bignè, fill them with a teaspoon of cheese and a bit of smoked salmon.
