Time: 45 min.
- Puff pastry. The frozen one is perfect
- 200 gr Prawns.
- 200 gr. fresh cream.
- 100 gr. Milk.
- 2 Eggs.
- Beat the eggs lightly, add salt, add some grated nutmeg, add the milk and the fresh cream, and then cleaned prawns, add some parsley.
- Grease with butter and flour a round mold of approximately 26 cm. diameter.
- Roll the puff pastry and place it into the mold.
- Pour the mixture into the pastry and bake (200°) for about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
