- 250 gr. all purpose flour
- 150 gr. Butter (soft)
- 60 gr. of Water (cold).
- Mix for a few minutes with your finger tips the flour and the butter.
- Add the water and the salt.
- Mix it quickly until homogeneous and smooth.
- Wrap it in a plastic film and let it “rest” for an hour in the fridge.
