Ingredients

  • Puff pastry. The frozen one is perfect
  • 200 gr Prawns.
  • 200 gr. fresh cream.
  • 100 gr. Milk.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • Parsley.
  • Butter.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Salt

Method

  • Beat the eggs lightly, add salt, add some grated nutmeg, add the milk and the fresh cream, and then cleaned prawns, add some parsley.
  • Grease with butter and flour a round mold of approximately 26 cm. diameter.
  • Roll the puff pastry and place it into the mold.
  • Pour the mixture into the pastry and bake (200°) for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold.
