- 8 Scallops with the shell
- Salt and pepper
- Clean the scallops.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, the crushed garlic, the chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cover the scallops with the mixture and bake (180°) for about 10 minutes.
I purposely did not write the quantity of the ingredients for the beadcrumbs mixture because so you can adjust to your own taste.
