Scallops gratin

  • 8 Scallops with the shell
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper


  • Clean the scallops.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs, the crushed garlic, the chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cover the scallops with the mixture and bake (180°) for about 10 minutes.

I purposely did not write the quantity of the ingredients for the beadcrumbs mixture because so you can adjust to your own taste.
