Ingredients

  • 250 gr. all purpose flour
  • 150 gr. Butter (soft)
  • 60 gr. of Water (cold).
  • Salt.

Method

  • Mix for a few minutes with your finger tips the flour and the butter.
  • Add the water and the salt.
  • Mix it quickly until homogeneous and smooth.
  • Wrap it in a plastic film and let it “rest” for an hour in the fridge.
