Aubergine sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 big aubergine
- 1 tablespoon of onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Prick the aubergine with a fork and bake it in a hot oven.
- When it is soft, cool and peel it carefully.
- Chop the aubergine and put it into a blender until it become a pulp.
- Gradually add the onion, the garlic, and the lemon juice and continue blending until it becomes soft.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
