Custard

Ingredients:
- 4 Egg yolks
- 100 gr. of sugar
- 30 gr. of flour
- 1/2 Lt. of milk
- Vanilla pod or grated lemon zest
Method:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add slowly the flour and keep stirring until everithing is well mixed.
- Boil the milk with the vanilla pod (or the lemon zest).
- Pour some of the boiling milk in the eggs and stir, when smooth,pour the whole eggs mixture in the pan with the rest of the milk.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the cream is thick.
- Transfer in a bowl, cover it and let it cool.
Use it for filling bignč, pies, or just to garnish a nice fresh fruit salad.
