Grilled cuttlefish and shrimps

Ingredients:

  • 4 big cuttlefish
  • 20 big shrimps
  • Lettuce
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Clean the cuttlefish and the shrimps.
  • Dip the rosemary in the olive oil and use it as a brush to season the fish while grilling.
  • When the fish is cooked, serve on a bed of lettuce, seasoned with a vinagrette of olive oil, balsamic vinegar salt and pepper.
