Prosciutto e melone

Ingredients:
- 2 Melons
- 280 gr. of parma ham
Method:
- Cut the melons in half so as to obtain two hemispheres.
- Clean the seeds and the filaments.
- Using a big iron spoon scoop out the pulp to obtain two perfect hemispheres
- Serve cold with parma ham
If you like the little mice:
- Peel a radishes and cut two thin slices (ears)
- Carve a little cut on top to place the ears.
- Leave the small root....it will be a perfect tail
