Prosciutto e melone

Ingredients:

  • 2 Melons
  • 280 gr. of parma ham

Method:

  • Cut the melons in half so as to obtain two hemispheres.
  • Clean the seeds and the filaments.
  • Using a big iron spoon scoop out the pulp to obtain two perfect hemispheres
  • Serve cold with parma ham

If you like the little mice:

  • Peel a radishes and cut two thin slices (ears)
  • Carve a little cut on top to place the ears.
  • Leave the small root....it will be a perfect tail
