Shrimps in cornmeal crust

Ingredients:

  • 20 Shrimps medium size.
  • 150 gr. Cornmeal
  • 1 dl. Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Salad
  • Oil to fry, salt, lemon

Method:

  • Clean the shrimps remove the black intestine from the back and soak in milk for about one hour.
  • Drain and bread the shrimps first in the beated egg and then in the cornmeal.
  • Fry the shrimps in oil for 2 minutes until they are golden crisp.
  • Salt them and serve on a bed of salad seasoned with oil and lemon.
