Shrimps in cornmeal crust

Ingredients:
- 20 Shrimps medium size.
- 150 gr. Cornmeal
- 1 dl. Milk
- 1 Egg
- Salad
- Oil to fry, salt, lemon
Method:
- Clean the shrimps remove the black intestine from the back and soak in milk for about one hour.
- Drain and bread the shrimps first in the beated egg and then in the cornmeal.
- Fry the shrimps in oil for 2 minutes until they are golden crisp.
- Salt them and serve on a bed of salad seasoned with oil and lemon.
