Duck breast with spices

Ingredients:
- 500 gr. of Duck breast.
- 40 gr. of citrus honey.
- 20 gr. of extra vergin olive oil.
- Pink pepper.
- Star anise.
- Nutmeg.
- Salt
Method:
- Warm the honey until it is fluid.
- Flavor it with the pepper (grinded with a pestle and mortar), the anise and some grated nutmeg.
- Place the duck breast in a non stick pan with the oil (with the skin towards the bottom) and cook for about 6 minutes.
- Turn the meat and cook for 3-4- minutes.
- Let the meat rest in the pan for 3-4 minutes then slice it.
- Pour the honey sauce on it and serve it hot
