Risotto with zucchini

Ingredients:
- Risotto (make it as shown here without the saffron)
- 1 zucchina
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Clean and cut the zucchina.
- Saute the zucchina in a drop of olive oil, and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the fire when still crunchy.
- Season with salt and pepper and some chopped parsley.
- Add to the risotto fve minutes before it is cooked.
- Serve hot.
