Risotto with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Risotto (make it as shown here)
  • Dried mushrooms (porcini) or any kind of fresh mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley

Method:

  • If using dried mushroom, soak them in warm water until soften.
  • Fry the in a pan with a drop fo olive oil.
  • Five minutes before the risotto is cooked add the mushrooms and stir.
  • Serve hot garnishing with some chopped parsley.
