Risotto with mushrooms

Ingredients:
- Risotto (make it as shown here)
- Dried mushrooms (porcini) or any kind of fresh mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Parsley
Method:
- If using dried mushroom, soak them in warm water until soften.
- Fry the in a pan with a drop fo olive oil.
- Five minutes before the risotto is cooked add the mushrooms and stir.
- Serve hot garnishing with some chopped parsley.
