Pizzoccheri

Ingredients:
- 500 gr. of Pizzoccheri (pasta) (if you want to make it at home see here)
- 200 gr. of butter
- 250 gr. of Casera cheese or (similar)
- 150 gr. of parmesan cheese
- 200 gr. of cabbage
- 200 gr. of potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- Pepper
Method:
- Cook the vegetables in salt water, the cabbage into small pieces and the potatoes into cubes.
- Cut the cheese in very small pieces and fry the garlic in the butter
- Drain the vegetable and keep apart.
- In the same water cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes (the homemade one for 5 minutes)
- When the pasta is cooked put the vegetables back in, drain using a skimmer (perforated scoop) and make layers in the serving dish of pasta-vegetables, casera cheese, parmesan cheese and butter.
- Continue like this until you have used up all the ingrediens.
