Pesto and zucchini pasta

Ingredients:
- 320 gr. of "short" pasta (any)
- 4 zucchini
- 140 gr. of pesto sauce
- 40 gr. of pecorino cheese (grated)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Clean the zucchini and cut them into pieces the same size of the pasta you are using.
- Put them in a strainer, add some salt and let them for 1/2 an hour to drop some of their water.
- Wash from the salt and dry them.
- Put the zucchini into a pan with 4 tablespoon of olive oil and cook on a very hight flame for 3-4 minutes, add 6-7 spoon of water, cover and let them cook for 5 minutes(leave them crunchy).
- Cook the pasta in boiling salty water and when ready mix it with the pesto sauce.
- Add to the zucchini and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheese and serve.
