Pasta with olives,capers,nuts and colatura di alici

Ingredients:
- 350 gr. of linguine (or any kind of pasta)
- 15 black olives
- 1 spoon of capers
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1 spoon of colatura di alici
- 4 walnut kernels
- 1 red hot chilly pepper
- Lemon juice
- Extra vergin olive oil
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for one minute.
- Keep the sauce in a bowl.
- Cook the pasta in NON salty water (as it is the sauce is very salty) and when done mix it with the sauce.
- Save some of the cooking water ito use in case once you mix the pasta and the sauce it will be too sticky..
- Serve hot.
