Lasagne bolognese

Ingredients:

  • Pasta for lasagne (for the homemade look here)
  • 70 gr of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Lt. of Besciamella sauce
  • Ragout sauce
  • Butter

Method:

  • Butter a baking pan and start with a layer of pasta.
  • Pour some spoons of ragout sauce, some spoons of besciamella sauce and some parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with a new layer of pasta.
  • Proceed as in the first step to the end of the ingredients.
  • The last layer should be made by ragout sauce,besciamella sauce, parmesan cheese and some flakes of butter.
  • Bake (200°) for half an hour.
