Gnocchi al ragout (ragoo)

Method:

  • Cook the gnocchi in boiling salty water. They'll be ready when floating.
  • Drain, top with the bolognese sauce.
  • Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.

You can serve this dish replacing the bolognese sauce with "Pesto",any kind of cheese melted with a little milk or fresh cream.
