Gnocchi al ragout (ragoo)

Ingredients:
- Potatoes Gnocchi. (recipe here)
- Bolognese sauce. (recipe here)
- Parmesan cheese.
- Salt.
Method:
- Cook the gnocchi in boiling salty water. They'll be ready when floating.
- Drain, top with the bolognese sauce.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
You can serve this dish replacing the bolognese sauce with "Pesto",any kind of cheese melted with a little milk or fresh cream.
