Trenette al pesto

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr. of "Trenette" pasta or Linguine
  • Pesto sauce.
  • 1 Potatoe.
  • Salt.

Method:

  • Clean and cut in cubes the potato.
  • Cook them in salty water for 2 minutes then add the pasta.
  • When the pasta is ready (al dente) drain it and put it in a serving bowl seasoning with the pesto sauce.
  • Garnish with some basil leaves and serve it hot.
