Polenta

Ingredients:
- 200 gr. of cornmeal
- 1 Lt. of water
- Salt
Method:
- Boil the water in a large casserole, salt and pour the cornmeal slowly slowly stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Cook for 50 minutes stirring constantly.
Good as an accompaniment to main courses (fish, meat, cheese etc.) it is a good replacement for bread or rice
