Homemade Pizzoccheri

Ingredients:
- 400 gr. of buckwheat
- 100 gr. of white flour
- Water
Method:
- Mix the two types of flour.
- Knead with some water for 5-7 minutes.
- Roll the dough 2-3 mm. thick.
- Cut in stripes about 7-8 cm.
- Overlay the stripes and cut sideways obtaining noodles 5 mm. wide.
- Cook immediately in salty boiling water.
