Homemade lasagne pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. of flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients an a board and mix well.
  • Let it "rest" for hal an hour covered with a clean cloth.
  • Roll the dough 1 mm. thick an then cut rectangles 16 x 8 cm.
  • Boil the pasta in salty water an when cooked cool it in cold water (to stop cooking).
  • Spread the pasta on some clean cloth to dry.
