Homemade lasagne pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 gr. of flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
Method:
- Place all the ingredients an a board and mix well.
- Let it "rest" for hal an hour covered with a clean cloth.
- Roll the dough 1 mm. thick an then cut rectangles 16 x 8 cm.
- Boil the pasta in salty water an when cooked cool it in cold water (to stop cooking).
- Spread the pasta on some clean cloth to dry.
