Ingredients:
- 250 gr. all purpose flour.
- 150 gr. Butter (room temperature)
- 80 gr. Sugar.
- 2 Eggs yolks
- 1/2 Lemon.5 gr.
- 1 pinch of salt (if don't use the salted butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin.
Method:
- Sift the flour and pour it on the table (pict.1)
- Add the lemon zest, the salt (if you are not using salted butter), the vanillin (pict.2)
- Add the butter and mix quickly with your fingertips (pict.3).The consistency should be like sand.
- Add the sugar and the yolks. (pict.3)
- Incorporate very well but with a very short mixing.(pict.4).
- Make a ball, wrap it in a plastic film and let it rest in the fridge for al least one hour.
