Sponge cake

Ingredients:
- 150 gr.of flour
- 250 gr. of sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 25 gr. of butter
- 1/2 lemon
Method:
- With a whisk or in a mixer blend the egg yolks with 150 gr. of sugar.
- Whisk the egg whites with the remaining sugar.
- Mix the two compounds adding the grated lemon zest.
- Add gradually the flour and the melted butter (melted but not hot).
- Butter and flour a baking pan and bake (180°) till golden brown.
