Crepes

Ingredients:
- 95 gr. all purpose flour
- 35 Cl. Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 20 gr. Butter (melted)
- 1 pinch of salt (if don't use the salted butter)
- (Makes about 10/12 crepes)
Method:
- Beat the eggs and salt them, add the flour (sifted) and the milk, try to get a mixture smooth and with no lumps.
- Use a non stick pan to cook the crepes.
