Bigne' with smoked salmon

Ingredients:
- For the bigne' follow this link.
- 300 gr. of Smoked salmon.
- 150 gr. of soft cheese (Philadelphia cheese is perfect)
- 20 gr. of Chive.
- Pepper.
Method:
- Mix the cheese and the chopped chive together.
- Season with pepper.
- Cut in half the bignè, fill them with a teaspoon of cheese and a bit of smoked salmon.
