Vegetables Quiche

Ingredients:
For the filling
- 200 gr. of Brisče pasta (to make it follow this link)
- 2 Leeks.
- 2 Zucchine.
- 4 Cl. Olive oil.
- 80 gr. of cheese (gruyere)
- 40 gr. Parmesan cheese (grated).
For the royale
- 2 Eggs.
- 10 Cl. Milk.
- 10 Cl. Fresh cream.
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper.
Method:
- Clean and cut the vegetables.
- Braise the leeks with a little oil,water sal and pepper until tender.
- Saute the zucchine in a non stick pan with a little oil. Season with sal and pepper.
- Cut in small cubes the gruyere.
- Beat the eggs with the milk and the cream, season with salt pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. (Royale)
- Roll the dough (brisče) and line a bakink tin (i've used single portions).
- Fill with the vegetables and the cheeses
- Fill the "cake" with the royale.
- Bahe (180°) for 30 about minutes.
- Serve hot or cold as you wish.
