Hot heart muffins

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. of chocolate
  • 70 gr. of butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 70 gr. of sugar
  • 30 gr. of white flour
  • Icing sugar

Method:

  • Melt in a bain marie the chocolate and the butter and let it cool down.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar (creamy and frothy).
  • Add the beaten eggs to the chocolate mix well and then add the sifted flour.
  • Mix (slowly) well stirring from the bottom to the top.
  • Pour into moulds and bake (220°) for 7 minutes.
  • Let it rest for 2 minutes, garnish with icing sugar and serve hot, if you like, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
