Hot heart muffins

Ingredients:
- 200 gr. of chocolate
- 70 gr. of butter
- 4 Eggs
- 70 gr. of sugar
- 30 gr. of white flour
- Icing sugar
Method:
- Melt in a bain marie the chocolate and the butter and let it cool down.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar (creamy and frothy).
- Add the beaten eggs to the chocolate mix well and then add the sifted flour.
- Mix (slowly) well stirring from the bottom to the top.
- Pour into moulds and bake (220°) for 7 minutes.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes, garnish with icing sugar and serve hot, if you like, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
