Peach jellies

  • 4 peaches
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 4 gr. of agar agar
  • Mint to garnish


  • Peel the peaches and cut them in pieces
  • Cook them with the sugar and a 3-4 tablespoons of water in a small pan on a very low fire.
  • When done reduce the fruit into a pulp using a food processor.
  • Add the agar agar and let it boil for 10 15 seconds.
  • Pour in the moulds and let it cool down.
  • Garnish with the mint and serve very cold.
