Berries tart

Ingredients:
- 250 gr. all purpose flour.
- 150 gr. Butter.
- 80 gr. Sugar.
- 2 Eggs yolks
- 1/2 Lemon.5 gr.
- 1 pinch of salt (if don't use the salted butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin.
- Berries of your choice.
- Apricot jam.
Method:
- Butter very well a round baking pan of about 22 cm.
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin until 1 cm. thick.
- Put the dough in the pan and bake it for 15/20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool very well before removing from the pan (otherwise it'll break).
- Fille the cake with the apricot jam and decorate with the berries.
- If you like it you can serveit with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
