Ingredients:

  • 250 gr. all purpose flour.
  • 150 gr. Butter.
  • 80 gr. Sugar.
  • 2 Eggs yolks
  • 1/2 Lemon.5 gr.
  • 1 pinch of salt (if don't use the salted butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanillin.
  • Berries of your choice.
  • Apricot jam.

 

Method:

  • Butter very well a round baking pan of about 22 cm.
  • Roll the dough with a rolling pin until 1 cm. thick.
  • Put the dough in the pan and bake it for 15/20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it cool very well before removing from the pan (otherwise it'll break).
  • Fille the cake with the apricot jam and decorate with the berries.
  • If you like it you can serveit with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
