Grilled vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 red/yellow/green bell peppers
  • Parsley
  • Extra vergin olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Clean, cut the vegetables and grill them.
  • When done, season with chopped parsley, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Put the vegetables in a container, close it and let them marinate for at least 1 day before serving.
  • Serve cold.
