Grilled vegetables

Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 2 zucchini
- 2 red/yellow/green bell peppers
- Parsley
- Extra vergin olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Clean, cut the vegetables and grill them.
- When done, season with chopped parsley, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Put the vegetables in a container, close it and let them marinate for at least 1 day before serving.
- Serve cold.
