Broccoli pie with hollandaise sauce

4 1 h Medium


  • 800 gr of broccoli
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 ml. of fresh cream
  • 20 gr. of butter
  • Salt and pepper


  • Clean and cut the broccoli (only the top).
  • Boil them in salty water, when done drain them well and cook for a few minutes in a pan with some butter.
  • Whip the broccoli in a food processor, add the eggs, the cream, salt and pepper and whip again for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mix into very well buttered moulds and bake (170°) in a bain marie for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the moulds and serve with the hollandaise sauce.

I suggest to use aluminum moulds, if the pie doesn't want to come out you can easily cut them.
