Fennels gratin

Ingredients:
- 2 Fennels
- ½ Lt. of besciamella sauce
- 40 gr. of parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Clean and cut in quarters the fennels.
- Cook them in salty boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
- Place them in a baking pan, cover with the besciamella sauce and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake (180°) for a few minutes or until the top is brown and cruncy.
- Serve hot.
You can also use (same cooking method), broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, or asparagus.
