Caramelized green beans

Ingredients:
- 500 gr. Green beans.
- 1 Shallot (or onion).
- 1/2 Lime.
- Sesame seeds.
- Butter
- Salt and pepper.
Method:
- Clean the beans and cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile chop the shallot and gently fry it in butter until transparent.
- Add the lime juice, drain the beans and let them cook until tender but still a little crunchy
- Toast the sesame seeds and sprinkle.
- Serve hot
